Our Company will respond to your requests as soon as possible and no later than thirty days. The first request will be processed free of charge, but a fee may be charged for subsequent requests or if the process involves additional costs. Our Company may accept or reject the request with an explanation of the reasons.

If your application is rejected, if the response is insufficient, or if no response is provided within the time limit, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) within sixty days of receiving the response or from the date of application. The Board will conduct an investigation into the violation and will issue a decision to rectify any unlawful practices. The decision must be implemented within thirty days of notification.
